ORANGES AND LENNONS BACK AT THE BRIT ON SATURDAY 29TH MARCH!!!

Music lovers from all walks of life will gather at the iconic Marquee Room, in the Brit Entertainment Centre, to celebrate the life and legacy of one of music’s greatest icons, John Lennon. The tribute concert, Oranges and Lennons – A Tribute to John Lennon,” is being presented by Gary Burrows and his band, not only to honor his contributions to music but also to reflect on his profound impact on peace and activism around the world.

We are asking fans to flood the venue adorned in vintage Beatles apparel and peace signs, (or get yours from the merchandise table on the night) as a palpable sense of nostalgia. The evening promises a blend of his solo works as well as timeless Beatles classics, performed by Gary’s exceptional band, Oranges and Lennons.

The tribute concert will not only celebrate John Lennon’s remarkable contributions to music but also reignited conversations about peace, love, and activism. In a world often filled with discord, we hope the night will serve as a poignant reminder of the power of music to inspire change.

Due to overwhelming demand, Oranges and Lennons returns on December 22nd with a fantastic new show!

What a great Christmas function for your social club, Baby Boomers Rockin’ Adelaide, seniors organisation or local music club! The Brit Entertainment Centre is a unique and versatile venue presenting some of Adelaide’s and Australia’ premier acts… only 15 mins from the city centre, boasting a comfortable and safe environment together with a spacious well-lit entrance and carpark. Lunch will be available from 12 noon, right before the show!

Gary brings together a fabulous band backing his John Lennon presentation, including Liv Bafile on drums, John Bywaters on bass, Uncle Russ on guitar, Trudy Harrison on Keyboards and saxophone, Deb Brunotte backing and lead vocals, Natalie Ermer backing and lead vocals.

You might think you know a lot there is to know about John Lennon but this show reveals more about his songs and lyrics that will have you intrigued about the life of one of the greatest songwriters the world has known.
